U-um... Hello?
[She’s peering at the small device, pressing a few buttons at random to test their functions. She’s clearly not looking into the camera.]
What is this...? Where am I?
[Her gaze is cast around the small town she’s in, searching for any familiar faces. She gives a despairing frown behind her when she finally reaches it, clearly realizing she can’t get back into that house, then turns to the PokéGear again with a slightly more hopeful expression.]
Hello? Is there anyone there who can hear me? I hope this isn’t just something made by that Witch… Oh… It’s Madoka- Hitomi-chan? Are you there? Can you hear me?
[It’s just then that she seems to notice she can see herself in the device, and there’s a light on- blinking. The moment she realizes that it’s recording shows on her face like the dawn, and she blushes, hiding her face slightly while still looking at the display.
To the side of the screen, her bag visibly shakes, though it takes her a moment more of staring at herself to actually notice. Her hair and ribbons are all messed up from getting out of that bed, and she’s trying to tidy herself up... But what’s that?
A purple cat’s head sticks up out of her bag with something in its mouth, and she startles, dropping the PokéGear in the dirt.]
Ah! There’s...!
[The sounds of turning around in the dirt are picked up by the microphone. It can be assumed she’s gone over to it.]
What are you doing in there, kitty? That’s my stuff...
[The Purrloin yowls at her, and she can be heard falling back onto her bottom as it escapes with its prize.]
W-wait! Come back...!
[The PokéGear is left to record the sky for a few more seconds before automatically turning off; it can be assumed she forgot it there in her haste to chase the thieving Pokémon.]

[Purrloin sniffs and looks away, flicking his tail. Did this Liepard really forget cat language, being so domesticated? How pitiful.]
U-um, yes... In video games, there is usually a system of the same kind- you fight things to gain experience from them and grow stronger, and when you grow stronger you get better attacks? Sayaka-chan used to be a big fan of them when she was younger. And before she started needing to visit Kamijou-san every day... B- but I think she mostly played them for the soundtrack, and the story lines, like, ah... Themes of saving people and being a hero of justice!

[Selima grumbles and bares her teeth. Why stick around a human if you don't want to be domesticated? Better run now, runt.]
I see... No, this place isn't like that. It's jut a world where things like this work. Though that theory might be popular with some of the people here.

[Casual paw licking is a-go. Purrloin scrubs one ear with said licked paw, then fixes Selima with the most overconfident look he can muster. He even puffs out his chest and "sits pretty", though he doesn't grin. Obviously because humans are stupid and need pokémon to take care of them for them. And with a human, they grow much faster than out in the wild, and are much less likely to be eaten. It's common sense, really.]
I see... And I thought I was on to something...
...Like who? So many people have messaged me... How many of us are here?

[Flicking her ears back, Selima glares at him. If looks could kill... Humans are our partners, not our servants. My human is family to me, and I trust her with my life like I know she trusts me with here. Even her sister is my family. So keep thinking humans are stupid. Your closed little mind will never appreciate them!]
Let's just say a lot. Not including the towns folk. You'll find lots of help from others, even if you don't ask for it.

[Madoka smiles at Lightning, but her Purrloin flicks his tail, upturns his nose, and rubs his way behind Madoka and off-camera. Whatever. Conversation: over.]
[Her smile fades, after a moment, and she returns to staring pensively at the ground.]
So... Have you met anyone you know, here, if there are a lot of other people...? Could I find Sayaka-chan, or Hitomi-chan, or...?

[She seems to think for a moment, falling silent. Purrloin has curled up against her back to sleep until they leave.]
...Did you arrive here before her?

[She pulls Purrloin out from behind her to hug, like a plush toy. He only gives a sleepy little myaaa of complaint.] ...I think that here may be better than back home, in some ways, too... It might be better for everyone if we were all here.

[Selima takes no offense to that. Just keep petting her and she'll be just as happy as a kitty can be.]

[There's a real, honest smile. She can imagine Sayaka with some cute, blue dog, or Hitomi with a bird of some kind. She'll have to see what sorts of Pokemon exist here, and draw what she thinks fits them together with her friends.]

My friends would have favorite types. I know my friend Fang would love dragons.

Her smile dropped for a second, but it returns at the change of subject.]
I think Sayaka-chan would like a lot of different types- or not mind so much about their type, so long as they looked cool, and Hitomi-chan always reminded me of a bird, somewhat. Mami-san... might like electric, or fire or grass types. Or be a lot like Sayaka and not care so much about type. [There went that smile again.]

I've always liked cats, and I have Purrloin and Amy... There wouldn't be a cat type, would there? ...Probably not. [There's another, lightly-embarrassed smile for you Lightning, while Madoka rubs at the back of her head in the fashion anime characters are known for.]
